Mike and Helena, two of our members who are cycling from Arran to Athens to raise awareness for Resilience and Transition, reached their 1000km milestone yesterday. They camped near Brévonnes in France, which puts them at 1024.8km.

Apple tree in South EdinburghMembers of the TES food group met tonight at the Arts Complex on London Rd, to discuss how we might map, gather and freely distribute fruit from public fruit trees in South Edinburgh as well as take any surplus apples off the hands of tree owners who don't want to see them go to waste.  This would be a project inspired by the incredible success of Abundance Sheffield. Meadows Festival 2009Thank you to everybody who came along to our stall at the Meadows Festival. We got to meet many great people and it is safe to say we all had a really good time. The Meadows Festival Association has done a really great job once again and we hope the event goes strong for many years to come.
