Seeing the Detail of Discussions and Decision Making

You can find the documents we have uploaded in date order in one list at the bottom of the page (since this is the fastest way for us to do it - if people find that confusing, we will look at how we do that). To try to make it easier to know what you're seeing, here are the categories of things:
- general meeting minutes and associated documents - these are materials for the general meetings, which are fairly infrequent and involve the whole membership
- officer group notes - these are the notes about what the officer group has been discussing (and will discuss) each month. These notes are informal and do not constitute official minutes; in particular, they are the secretary's view of what happened, and have not been approved by all office-holders. You can find a better explanation of what these are on the first entry of the secretary blog.
